Imagine 2 Creation is flexible and willing to work with the bride and groom to come up with a package that covers everything they need and can be tailored to their budget. There are always a number of factors that will come into play when designing your contract; from the number of guests to how many venues are booked for your special day, please refer to packages to see how It will work for you and make it all come together.
Full Wedding Package
If you are looking for someone to take all the weight of planning a wedding off your shoulders, this package is for you. I will meet with you to discuss your overall vision and be available through email, phone or in-person as the planning progresses. We will provide you with ideas and work with you to realize your vision. The cost for the full wedding package starts at $1500.00 Please contact us for further details and a personalized quote for your day.
Package includes:
·Consultations
·All necessary consultation time used to establish venues, vendors
·Helping decide on invitations, favours, colors, transportation, accommodations, food, etc.
·Ceremony and reception site visits as needed
·Assessment of all vendor contracts, and confirmation of vendors 1-2 weeks prior to your wedding day
·Extensive and thorough budget, wedding day time-line and itinerary coordination
·Attending the rehearsal
·Planner on-site at the ceremony before the wedding begins to help make sure ushers are in place and boutonnières and corsages are put on properly
·Coordination at the reception site before the reception
·Preparation of the wedding night hotel room
·Any last minute errands that need to be taken care of on your day so that you can enjoy it
·Any questions, concerns or problems that occur throughout the entire day will be directed towards me, so that you and your family will be stress free
·Take care of final payment of vendors so you don’t have to worry
·Provision of a complete emergency kit, custom-made for your wedding
·Top-Ups as listed below may be added

Day-of Coordination
You have done all the work up until now and you are ready to relax and let someone else look after the last-minute details. Imagine 2 Creation will review your plans, create a comprehensive timeline for the day and handle all of the communications with your wedding team. You’ll have peace of mind knowing that you’ve placed your wedding in capable hands, and you and your loved ones can enjoy all the special moments of the day. Starts at $550.00 for the day.

Top-up Options and Hourly Rates
As you may have already noticed we do not believe in charging our fee based on a percentage of your total event cost. If there is a service that you require that isn’t offered in one of our packages, or if you are just looking for assistance with one area of your wedding,Imagine 2 Creation Wedding Planner can help accommodate your needs at an hourly rate of $40.00

When you are ready to sign and hire a Wedding Planner(s) from Imagine 2 Creation I will email, fax or mail the 3-page legalized contract required to get us started.
